The login is so sensitive. It's extremely complicated to reset a password. Kind of an old platform. 6/16/20: I'm so sick of continually verifying my identity with this app. It's so frustrating. I have apps from 2 other banks and never once had this problem. And to fix it, I must call during business hours to reset my password... As if my phone isn't secure enough?? Commercial bank, please get a new app developer

If I could rate this app a zero I would. constantly have to re authorize my phone by phone number sometimes twice a day. Can't use Google password manager at all. constantly unsets login by pin and biometrics off. Their banking app is done by third party so updates and getting annoyances take. care of are non existent. most terrible banking app I've ever seen when it comes to app on phone. yet their website version works perfect.

This is the worst banking app I've ever used. I have to authenticate my account EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I open the app. I set it up to use my fingerprint yet every time I open the app, I have to reenter my user name and password, get a code sent to my phone, enter the code, and enroll in mobile banking by entering the phone number that the code was just texted to. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. Most annoying thing ever. Worthless.
