Keeps kicking my phone off the finger print authorization and saying my password is wrong when its not and telling me to contact customer service after one time. About to switch back to First Security over this. It's also been a year since this was last updated making think they abandoned the app which is kinda lazy if they were just gonna flake on this app. Edit : A year later and this app still has the same problems. I'm canceling my account and suggesting others do the same.

Horrible app for those with Android phones. I've had nothing but issues logging in since I've installed it and reinstalled the app on 5 different occasions. The front end user interface experience is extremely lacking and needs some process improvements made....ASAP. Someone needs a whiteboard session to look at all scenarios of the user experience user!. Thanks!

It used to work perfect, but it seems every few day I find myself having to log in, with all my info. It seems to reset itself every few days. I find myself uninstalling then reinstalling due to "bad connection" or "error" It isn't worth my time anymore. I gave it one more shot, not it's deleted. I have better luck going to the website.
