The app has issues and frequently has an authentication error that pops up. It will keep popping up once it gets this far. I believe it has something to do with the thumbprint login. After logging in go to settings and deactivate and reactivate the thumbprint setting and it will stop for a short time with the authentication issue at startup. It always comes back but it could be good for a few days or maybe up to a week before it will do it again.

Updates from 7 p.m. to about 8:30. Cannot internally transfer during this time. Whatever balance you have at that time is what you have. Doesn't matter if you try to transfer $200 it won't take till after. Fingerprint doesn't work. Very glitchy about user and password entry. You have to uncheck fingerprint scanner and it erases your user most of the time even when you click the save username option. Continuously logs me out for no reason or tells me network is busy try again later. For two days.

absolutely terrible app, have had the displeasure of using this for the last several years, no issues have updated or been fixed. half the time I can't get on because "the data network is busy" no matter where I am and for days at a time I have no clue how much money I have! I've also set up fingerprint access. it NEVER works and requires a manual login with phone number verification every time. Absolute pain and a chore to use when you can use it. unacceptable considering this is a banking app.
