This app is so terrible to the point I want to close my account with them. The fact that you cant see the password when typing makes for constant password resetting and locking of the account. It also doesnt say you get 2 attemps before having to change the password again. They have known about complaints about this for some time but nothing has been changed.

Feb 2024 - still no change! Fingerprint or PIN only works 1-2 times after setup. Constantly have to re-register. Can only access by typing entire PW. Please make your app better!! It's been 2 years! I hate your app!!! Nov 2023 - Absolutely no change Jan 2023 - still horrible!!! Fix it!!! Oct 2022 - Every few months, it throws some "retry later" error, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to access my account. Periodically won't take biometric login and requires me to enter my password.

It was a 5 star when I first joined, I'm not sure if the app has a bug but I have to sign in like a first timer often. It will just randomly sign off completely. I then have to do all of these things to receive a txt message with a code to get back in. It happens too often, and at inconvenient times. If that gets worked out, it will be great. The features are convenient like zelle and easy transfers. Does anyone else experience this?
