Ratings and reviews

Every time I am at home and I hit updates the app sits forever "loading." Than an error message pops up saying the server can't be accessed. However, when I was not at home and on a different secure wifi I was able to access the app immediately. I cannot keep trying to find a different secure wifi every time I need to pay a bill!!!!

This app is terrible now. It used to be great, but the last update I did made it twice as difficult to sign in, it doesn't want me to use my passcode, and every time I tap the app, it first pulls up a black screen, like a camera. That makes me nervous. I have to close the window and tap on it again, then the app opens. What's with that!?

This app was great at one time. There were absolutely 0 flaws and simple to use. Recently I have to do the 2 step verification every time I log on to the app. Every time I reset the passcode and it still makes me do the 2 step verification every time. Checking my account went from a easy 2 second check to a tedious 2-3 minute check. Please fix and you will receive 5 stars from me! Update: A year and a half later and still the same issues.
