6 Approvals are currently applicable for businesses who are enrolled in Dual Authorization, where two business users are required to complete certain transactions (one initiator and one approver).

Ap won't load. When I try to open it, it will jump back to my home screen in a second. Never had any problems until this started happening today. I uninstalled and waited a few minutes and then reinstalled it. It still jumps back to my home screen. Hope this is fixed soon. Until then 1 star. Update... I read several reviews of customers that have the same issues and called the number that everyone was given. The number is for customer service and NOT any kind of tech support.

This app is a very basic app and worked well for a few years. I've had nothing but issues this past year. I've been constantly needing to change my password every 24 hours because the app doesn't recognize it. IT gets involved and its fixed for a short time (a few weeks) then starts all over. Mobile banking is very important to me. If I can't get into my account without changing my password everytime, it's not worth it. After six years at Amegy, I switched to just using my Chase account for more convenience.

Just loaded updated app and love the fingerprint verification but still a pain to navigate. Most financial apps are pretty intuitive. Try getting to transactions without having recent transactions without help. Maybe I'm getting old and loosing some snap but chase app is easy to navigate and have no issues with navigating that app..

Hi Shawn! Our updated mobile app does support Android Fingerprint authentication (on supported Android devices). To enable Fingerprint authentication, sign into the app and navigate to More > Settings > Mobile. Then, select your device and tap 'Enable Fingerprint Authentication'. Thank you for your feedback!
