App used to be good and useful. They made a big update recently where they change the app entirely and is terrible. It doesn't work at all, now the app "scans" the id and decides when to take the photo by itself. You can not just take a picture at your own will and edit the photo, nonono the app will decide when will take de photo. Never seen a worst workflow in my life. Why would you chance a perfectly working app. Advice: If it ain't broke, don't fix it

Dank voor je feedback. Jammer dat je niet tevreden bent over de vernieuwde app. We zoeken graag uit waar het mis gaat. Zou je een mail willen sturen naar info@rvig.nl, waarin je vermeldt: omschrijving probleem, type toestel, Android versie, type ID (bijv. NL paspoort, diplomatenpaspoort etc.) en uitgiftedatum van het ID. Alvast bedankt!

The "take photo"-function doesnt work at all (Dutch passport), just leaves you at "reading document" for a really long time. It's not possible to upload a photo you took instead or simply just manually take the photo.

Very good app to keep backup of all your identities. It has the option to watermark, keep multiple copies, and cross out information (e.g, BSN, etc).
