Stop With the Ads! Why is there an ad pop-up when I open the camera? That's ridiculous. When I open the app I need to get right to the camera to see what's going on, not click through an ad. And when I skip the ad the camera won't load so I have to close it and reopen, causing critical time loss to see what is happening. That's unacceptable on a security device. This is not a game, there's potential security and safety at risk. Fix it and take away the pop-up ad immediately.

I can view live video just fine. Recorded - nope!!! SD card is in. I've always been able to watch playback of 3 days prior. I can now only see 1 day - AND it's stamped today's date of 3/31/24 BUT the footage is from 3/29/24! I just did app update but it didn't do anything. Nothing has changed. All worked fine for years. Now I'm seeing video of 2 days ago but it's listed as today's date! Wth???!!! I guess I need new cams now.

Latest app release took it from bad to worse and no support on top of it. App no longer automatically updates images when refreshed and when viewing live half of the time isn't live even when the indicator shows green. You have to exit back to home screen and go back into it. Contacted support via email twice now in two weeks without any response.
