Some voicemails are important. Others are a waste of time. We designed Cricket Visual Voicemail to help you see your way to the messages that matter.
Visual Voicemail lets you:
· View a list of your voicemail messages
· Play, delete, or save messages in any order
· Pause, stop, replay and fast forward messages while playing
· Reply to messages by returning the call or text message
· Easily change your recorded greeting
· Save important messages to your phone or memory card.
· Easily export voice messages

Important to know: Receiving voicemail on the Visual Voicemail app will not count against your high-speed data quota. Downloading this app and responding to voicemails using email will count against your high-speed data quota.
During initial setup the app may send a free one-time SMS to your Cricket Voicemail service to authenticate your account.

Update#2: Continues to be a worthless app that doesn't let me listen to any messages because "storage is full" despite the fact I have deleted all other messages. Support is no help. I'd give 0 stars if possible. Update: Emailed with support in February then I never heard back and the issue is still not fixed. Unknown numbers call and it says I have a voicemail with the current date and time. When I click on the vm it has a jumbled script of different messages and the audio is of old messages.

Cricket has terrible voicemail features and this app is the only way to even know I have a voicemail, although it doesn't even do that very well. I have to hit refresh a bunch before a recent voicemail will show. The transcription is ok, I can usually figure out what someone is saying without having to listen to it. But overall a lot of hassle.

This app has consistently had a bug. Even through multiple updates of the app, and on 2 different devices. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling. For any function to work in the app you have to select it twice. If you want to listen to a message you have to press play twice. If you want to switch to the speaker you have to press the icon twice. And a second bug causes playback to stop after 5 seconds or so. It also takes playback off of the speaker so that you have to press the speaker icon twice again.
