Online ticket purchasing, the feature that should be the smoothest, is really frustrating. It takes about an hour of retries if ever it works. Using free ticket works like once in a thousand times. Web application doesn't work either which makes it even worse.

I didn't receive the verification code for registration. When I requested for another verification code, they send only the first one which becomes invalid. However they registered me manually. And when I try to book my show, I can't choose my seats on my phone but it is possible through the website. Please improve the usability of this application.

I tried registering a number of times but the app says verification code has been sent to my email and I never received any such email. I believe this app is just a fancy face for the business and owners never wanted customers to use the app.
