This app is a DISASTER. I only downloaded it because the game that I play requires you to in order to get extras, if you bind your account. But so far, it's been super buggy and nothing works. For example, if I try to contact the customer service chat on my Android device, the keyboard completely covers the text field so you have no idea what you're writing. It's like no one did any QA. I can't believe that Google would allow this in their store, it's a mess.

The interface is very confusing, I'm not sure how to navigate. I joined for one game, so I'm trying to follow one circle and it's owner, but there's no way to see the latest post. Even when using filter, the order is still jumbled. A post will say "posted one hour ago" but when I open it it's from several months ago. I don't know what the rewards and coins, etc. are even used for. There's no clear instructions to understand the app dynamics. Update: I'm not reporting a problem, this is a rating.

Even after the glitches are finally all fixed. The app still lags a lot lately. For every action takes about 12 seconds to load. Worse of all is to open up every single message chats when someone send you a gift. Making me spend more time opening each chat just to clear the notification count. Also makes me miss out on real direct messages. Please separate the "Send you a gift 🎁" messages from private chat! It's time consuming, because I have more than thousand followers. I'm so tired with it.
