Like when a new iPhone comes out. It's the same but a little bit different and more boring. A lot of coworkers are complaining about spending months and even years creating their avatars in the old Connect and the New Connect comes out and wipes out that progress. Also why would you make it social media-like if users cannot post or comment freely? Why showing the same info that you can find through MyApps? Just makes the whole thing more confusing for users. You could've fixed buggy EIS instead.

Once this update kicked in. I am unable to log in. It's now frozen my account!! These updates are making things worse!!

so hard to use. cant find the apps, like sspr etc..not user friendly app.
