Completely horrible experience reserved online 2 days ago arrived to pick up vehicle only to find out not only are they no longer able to accommodate my reservation but there's no vehicle at all unless I take this car dat was explained to me of some minor horn issue and it's not a premium vehicle I reserved at this point because my reservation was confirmed had no other option outside of Hertz no choice but to take it terrible decision spent the whole at service center whatabuy

User interface is horrible no change coming I'm sure. 2 times I have booked cars with app and when I arrived at airport, hertz was closed. and my name was nowhere to be found on Gold Member Board. Confirmation number and a car reserved I was stranded. Calling hertz was worthless, I got a message saying that hertz was closed call back during business hours. Hertz left me stranded twice by no fault of my own. Both costing me a significant amount of money and one time almost cost me my job

This is the worst service in the car rental history. I lost my driver's license in a car crash and explain this to hertz HQ and to the local branch and my insurance company told them a third party will pick up the car for me however on arrival they denied me 3 times. Until the insurance company call and told them to give me the car. They don't listen and workers there make it the hell it is. They like to make you angry and laugh at your frustration. Trust me don't waste your time.
