My dog got into candy after hours. My choice was go through emergency, wait and hope, or try this service that came with their insurance. It was a bit of a pain to set up (- 1 star) and I would have preferred a phone number. But, once I got the app installed and my Nationwide account set up it was easy enough to chat with someone. Very fast and efficient. I have been impressed with the follow-up making sure my dog was doing well. Great service, app could be a little more intuitive .

I answered a few questions about my issue and then had a video call scheduled with a vet tech for 4 minutes later. Tech was very helpful and made me feel at ease, but he wanted a second opinion as he had never encountered my issue and scheduled me for a video call with a vet. As it is 9:30PM PST and someone must have "missed their shift," the earliest I can be scheduled is at 4:00AM PST. Nationwide - a multi-billion dollar insurance company that can afford many vets at all times, but won't.

Only used it once but super nice to have feature with pet insurance. Literally 1 minute wait to talk to a vet nurse/tech. Helpful for insight while you wait for vet appointment a week out to know if you need urgent care or not and what you can do in the mean time. App syncs nicely with all my pets and their info after logging on
