If you have money, this probably is an amazing app overall. However, even for someone who gets pay biweekly, I don't see the reason to have to buy so many points over and over. I would prefer the subscription style, this pay as you go is way more expensive. There also needs to be a live translation. Those two are really the only problems I have. But the first one is a really huge issue, which is why I'm not even giving 3 or 4 stars.

Being able to have private mail with Loona is great, but there's no way to translate the text. There's no built-in translator, you can't copy text, and you can't screenshot, so there's no way to make it accessible to non-Koreans. You also can't tell the difference between a private reply and a public one, which makes the translations even more frustrating!

This is a great way to talk to the LOONA members for free. I don't mind having to manually translate what the members are saying, but there is one problem with this app. Because it takes some time for the reply to send whenever I'm messaging a member, I accidentally double tap the send button, so the message goes through twice and I've lost two coins. It wouldn't be that big of a deal but since there aren't many ways to get coins, I get quite annoyed.
