The Betalingsservice app is a one-stop app, allowing you to see all your payment agreements – anytime, anywhere. And it gives you a firm grip on your fixed expenses, such as rent, fitness, TV subscriptions, utilities, loans, donations, mobile subscription.
You don’t need to be a customer of a particular bank. You can use the Betalingsservice app if you have a Danish civil registration number (CPR), a Danish bank account with a Betalingsservice agreement and a MitID.

MitID is required the first time you use the Betalingsservice app. After that, you can log on using a four-digit PIN of your own choice.
In order to use the app, you must have the following:
• A valid Danish civil registration number (CPR)
• A Danish bank account with a Betalingsservice agreement
• MitID
Use MitID to access your payment information. MitID is your assurance that you only have access to your own data. Any data you key into the app will be sent in encrypted form to Betalingsservice.

RESTRICTIONS FOR JOINT ACCOUNTS
If your Betalingsservice agreements are related to a bank account that you share with others, such as your spouse, you may not have full access to all payment data.

INFORMATION AND SETTINGS
The settings menu lets you see and edit your account, push notifications and your personal information. It also contains terms and conditions and frequently asked questions.

Ratings and reviews

If possible to give it a 0 stars I would. I haven't been able to log into the app using my MitID for over a year now, the 'Open MitID App' button redirects to 'Web Page Unavailable' stating the error Unknown URL Scheme. Same issue occurs on my partner's phone. Luckily I don't have many ongoing payments but it's truly ridiculous that this error has persisted for so long, locking me out of the system, and there is no online website to use to manage it, only the non-functional app.

Stopped working for no obvious reason. Started getting lots of different error messages within the app. It still loaded some information, but only 9 months old information. Decided to wipe everything and try re-installing the app. After that I can't get into the app, as the link to MitID gives me an error instead of allowing me to authenticate myself. Now it doesn't seem there is any way for me to cancel upcoming payments. Hope the industry comes up with something new soon.

Cannot log on through MitID anymore; the logon redirect doesn't work. I tried calling about it on two different numbers, the ones displayed on the website. One of them specifocally aays it should be used "for app-related questions". Both numbers use the exact same options menu that has NOTHING to do with the app. No way to speak with a human, and no way to choose anything remotely related to how the app works. This is an incredibly unpleasant surprise. I had expected better out of BS.
