Zero complaints! App works great, things are very easy to find, there are so many filters so you can certainly always find something no matter how specific, and, as a disabled person with a busy schedule, being able to grab something from a pickup point at any time is the best. Y'all are great keep up the good work that's all 💚

This is the worst app ever. You need to give your location and history of location. It also gets ( secretly) all your Bluetooth data (photos you ve sent and received) and I don't know if it gets your banking data! All of the above so you can open a locker to receive a package that you pay for shipping also!!! Chinese hacking apps must be more secure than this scam. Stay away!!!

Used to be great but their last mile service is missing the mark. Drivers not delivering without calling, and unfriendly behavior when called. If you can get yours delivered from a different service, ideally a foreign company like UPS, you will be better serviced. Edit: this keeps happening on almost every single order. Contacting them as per their below response doesn't help.
