3 stars only because I've just started playing (about 2 hours) I like this style of CCG because I love marvel snap and it's nice to see other developers taking their success in the genre and putting their own spin on it. My biggest issue so far is that card acquisition seems a little hard and confusing at the start. Where most CCG's you can get at least a few "packs" early on to upgrade decks and try new strategies but in this one it is unclear and seems like it's hard to aquire new cards.

It's the same game as marvel snap. Which is refreshing to not see marvel, but the matchmaking is horrendous here. Once you're out of the tutorial league, you commonly get matched with higher league players who have better cards than you. So your only hope of progressing is to keep losing, and sometimes winning, until you finally start to unlock more cards. Grueling process that honestly isn't fun.

Edit: 3 weeks into playing this. Dropping my rating to 2 stars. Card acquisition is absolutely awful. The recent level pass was a nice start, but it's absolutely awful otherwise. I will not be continuing with it as a result. Original review: If you've played Snap, you'll understand this. feels a little F2W though. not sure of the rates, but feels bad having 300+ cards advertised in the game, and my first 3 pulls were all skins for cards I already had.
