I needed a modeling amp to practice and play at volume without disturbing my family. This is great. I love it. I can use the mightyamp app or the mightieramp app with no problems. Why only 4 stars you say? I use backing tracks a lot. This Nu-X needs a bypass for the backing tracks so the music comes through clean without the gain and delay and other settings you want your lead guitar to have. It makes the backing tracks too muddy. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with this little thing.

I have both the mighty lite bt and and the new mighty air. This app works great for it's intended purpose of amp control, storing settings, playing backing tracks, etc. One thing I would like to see is the ability to store any amp to any storage spot, for example being able to store the twin reverb to the red channel, since I don't really need the metal amps but would like to have both the twin and the tweed available as presets in the amp.

I have Mighty Air and EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECTLY with Pixel 3 phone. If you can't connect the app with the amp, first you have to update the firmware via Mac/PC computer (go to website for info). Also, the amp has 2 bluetooth connections: to use the app, you have to connect to Mighty Air MIDI (gps permission required but I have used in airplane mode just fine). Lastly, the guitar/bass option is gone because they put all amps under the same "amp" category. So yes, the bass amps are still there.
