Free Swedish-English dictionary/Phrasebook which works in offline mode.
It is fast and easy to use. You can search by a word or a part of a word and no Internet-connection is required. Search history is also available. Words can be stored in Favorites. Predictive input. 100 000+ words.

It has everything you need grammar, dictionary, example sentences. But i wish it has one click language switch button instead of combobox and better interface.
