Ratings and reviews

Worst customer experience. They always display lesser estimated value and charge higher fees later on and there is absolutely no way to contact the support person. It just says we have reviewed the information, and the charged fees were accurate. I have always been able to contact the actual support agent for any issues in any other platform, but there is no way here in ola.

OLA does not have Customer Call nos nor there is any e-mail to raise a complaint. Coupons, if given, are applied/displayed on app before booking. But many times coupon is not applied in the final fare. Also, there is no proof the customer can provide to show that coupon was applied. Also even if we have screen shot, there is no e-mail ID where we can send the screen shot. There are only a set of questions / FAQ mentioned in app but no way to contact through phone or e-mail. Very bad experience

On my latest trip, when I had 10 minute to go in my journey, I wasn't able to make a credit card payment during the ride. The payment button wasn't there. It deceivingly stated that my payment method was a credit card, but would not allow me to initiate a payment which I have been able to do in the past. At the end of the ride, I had to pay through cash or UPI. These restrictions on when you can pay with a credit card, lest you fall back to cash or UPI, are backwards and customer-unfriendly.
