Laggy, buggy, slow. Unasbly slow. 1. Location changes are buggy. Even after I change location to my town. It returns to previous selection (which is my whole country). 2. Chat is buggy and messages take forever to be recieved and also sent. 3. The app is very very very slow. 4. Even the website is buggy. Giving me spammy notification, only chat notification are on. Sending me promotional notifications via chat channel. Sinfe I have only chat notifications on.

Have been using Olx since past 8-10 years now & over these years have loved the concept, have made several deals of buying & selling & it's been perfect so far. One major thing thats been prevalent since beginning, the app never been perfect so far, though it's quite aged now to reach a stage of maturity, but as usual most businesses use IT as support function whereas it can be used in effective way & when the core business itself runs thru the app, that should be given the priority it deserves

The selling app bombards users with an excessive amount of ads, making it nearly impossible to navigate without constant interruptions. It feels like every click on picture gives another annoying pop-up, detracting from the user experience and making it frustrating to use. It's a shame because the platform itself has potential, but the overwhelming presence of ads ruins the entire experience.
