Finally found a working tool for android to change subtitle encoding. One suggestion for improvement, right now it writes only UTF-8 without BOOM, could you pkease add an option for UTF-8 with BOOM. For some reason subtitles converted to UTF -8 without BOOM work fine on handheld android plex but it does not work on android tv version of plex. When I converti it to UTF-8 with BOOM then it works on both versions.

Simple and working. Suggestion, add keywords to your description, such as utf8, etc to help others find your app. Don't know if it will work though.
