I experienced some small issues and sent request or emails to Star VPN. However, no reply at all in the past two weeks. Then I decided to request the refund as it claims to have the 30-day refund policy. Of course, no response from Star VPN. I think Star VPN just automatically collects subscriptions without any support at all. So stay away from Star VPN.

It is very sad First my husband purchased it and it was the one that can be used on different devices. But mine would get connected even after numerous emails to star VPN team. Than I purchased another subscription for myself and still it is not working on my device and no one has tried to sort it for me.very disappointed. Lost 2 yearly subscriptions money

This app always has a connectivity issue. Even though I have a premium account, I still need to keep selecting between different locations to find a working one. The biggest issue is the location which works today doesn't work tomorrow. I won't recommend this app to anyone.
