Ratings and reviews

Works decent, but there should be an option to turn off the thing that monitors the pressure of the toothbrush. And also to be able to continue a brushing session after stopping it for just a second. And also for the app to show what part of your teeth you're brushing, because the image it shows on the screen can be confusing because I'm brushing that spot but it isn't changing on the image.

When using guided brushing, the app regularly gets confused on where I'm brushing, thus giving me a low score. I don't know how the calibrations are set for positioning so I can't tell if its due to my left handedness or maybe my height. It is nice to have the various little reminders for functions ans brush head replacements. I am a little miffed by the timer being half off screen on guided with my Z Fold.

The app worked correctly on the first use and since then has not. One time the counter doesn't work, another the graphic display of what has been brushed doesn't work, and another time it didn't give me the score. first work problems I know but I'd expect more from Oral-b, a start up company with great potential.
