Ratings and reviews

Some good features, such as the ability to pay interest on savings and inbuilt ISA savings accounts. However, as soon as someone wants to send my daughter money, it gets overly complicated. For example, if you're signed up as a parent then you cannot also be a relative to another child. This prevents you sending money to nieces and nephews. Why? It seems needlessly complicated.

The app is a bit confusing at first (got locked out a couple of times from incorrect password/ fingerprint, even tho it definitely was all correct) but once you get your head around it, its simple to use. Its all good, with very quick transfer of funds..and its a good idea, especially for grandparents like me. 4 stars (cos nothings perfect) and the monthly fees are low enough not to bother you. Customer service is above average as well and will happily talk you through any problems.

It's good, but feels a bit steep, top up fee is same for topping up £20 or £25... Not had long enough to see if it's different for bigger amounts. Notifications are hit and miss too, sometimes coming a while after the event, reminder to tick off tasks sometimes happens, sometimes late, sometimes not at all. It's great for my kids to learn about money management, but there are some bugs
