This app has always been kind of glitchy, but I've used it anyway & have made who knows how many purchases via Boohoo for years. Lately, it's gotten so bad that I can barely use it. I've started to just shop on other boutiques where I don't have issues because I don't want to deal w/ this annoying app. I can't view my wishlist, I can't add anything to my wishlist. It constantly says, "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again." it's beyond frustrating. Edit: Finally deleted it after 8 months

Disappointed in this app. I have tried 3 times to pay for items and it glitches so bad and then kicks my items out of my shopping cart. So this is the third time I have had to go back through to add the items back. Something that should take me a few minutes has taken hours. I really want the items and am very discouraged from even trying anymore.

This company is a scam. I ordered $100+ worth of clothing. I used their size chart & had reasonable expectations for the price. They MUST edit their images, bc I returned almost everything. Horrible quality, sizing all over the place. Fabrics = TERRIBLE. As if it couldn't get worse, I returned $105 worth of items & got an email telling me I'd recieve a $12 refund. For ONE item. Mind you, I followed return directions and everything had tags still. I emailed 3 times and no resolution.
