Here is how Posh can handle your incoming phone calls:
1. We professionally answer the call.
“Thanks for calling XYZ Company. How can I help you?”
2. We dial your phone.
“Yes, we can help you with that. I’m happy to try to connect you with Mr. Smith. Can you please hold for a moment?”
3. If you want to take the call, we connect you and the caller.
“Hi, Mr. Smith! A potential new client is calling. Her name is Lisa. Would you like to speak with her?”
4. If you’re not available, we can take a message or direct the caller to your voicemail.
“Thanks for holding, Lisa. Mr. Smith is currently in a meeting. May I get your number so he can return your call?”

I can't log in. I received an instruction to sign using my cell number and the temporary password sent to me. it says inactive log in or password. I'm from the Philippines there's no option to choose Philippines for the country so I chose USA since I will use it for my american Client. They said I won't use my cell number for calls just for username. Can you confirm if this app can be used in the Philippines?

I love this app! It's the perfect tool to help run my office when I cant be there to answer my calls. Its very user friendly and it's great all I have to do is click a button to change when I take my own calls or when I have them answered for me.

This app is very well organized & easy to navigate. Love the direct email and calling feature from someone's contact information, making for a much easier process.
