I use two mobile phones associated with a single phone number, one of them being my old phone and one rather new. I went on vacation to a far distant country with one of my cell phones. When I wanted to access my Isbank account using İşCep, it told me that I cannot access my account since I specified my other phone as the only phone to use İşCep. I really cannot remember right now whether I actually did that or not. Consequently, I am now stuck on a distant country unable to use İşCep.
