App worked OK for downloading letters and documents but "case progress" was showing 40% on completion so something wrong there. This has all the makings of a good app, just needs a bit of fine tuning.

Worked great at first now says authentication failure and doesn't work any more. Log in details still work on their website but not the app. Shame the website doesn't show % completion
