I have a very bad experience with this app. Aside from a very slow loading of the app, just recently I can no longer able to access my account. Tried to reinstall the app but on the new login page it requires email address instead of the user account. Whenever I tried to login/sign up using my registered email, it's just hanged up. Endless loading icon.

Hopeless app. Just updated today and now fingerprint login doesn't work. Just keeps going back to email login. Email login says username or password incorrect. Forget Password also didn't work, as it keeps giving error message to "Enter valid email". Please get a competent app developer and test it thoroughly before rolling out the update. UPDATE 18 March 2024: After your so-called rectification, there was no update in Google Play. Had to uninstall and reinstall app. Still no improvement!

My policy online payment lost after using this app. Call the customer service and they give me ticket and escalated my case. It's been few days, give them a call to but still under investigation. It's sound stupid to me because I use to be a banker, it's either you received the money put in my account or your own pocket. I feel like being scam because Prudential use third party for online payment. Please think twice guys before made online payment via this app. You might lost your money.
