Can't scan coloured QR codes. Had to take a photo of it with a second phone and then turn it black and white and scan the now black and white photo from that phone into the app on the first phone. Annoying.

Sorry that the QR code didn't work for you. We use color-coded QRs to help our users ensure they are scanning the right ones. Everyone seems to love this and find it way more clear. I am not sure if there is an issue with your phone or why it didn't work, but we have hundreds of people scanning our colored QR codes every day without issue.

"You can now scan your credit card instead of typing in the excruciating 16 digits which are impossible to enter without a typo. Between stubby fingers, small buttons and the sheer volume of numbers that you have to enter, there is a higher than 80% chance that you will make a mistake and have to start all over again, but not any longer.
