This Bank of the Pacific Mobile app allows you to take charge of your finances on-the-go. Optimized for Android/Google devices, this app is available to all Bank of the Pacific online customers.

FEATURES:
- View account balances
- View pending items and history
- Search history by date and description
- Transfer funds between entitled accounts.
- Send or receive secure messages to/from BOP
- Schedule Bill Payments (retail users only)
- Deposit a check to your account.
- Send money using Zelle P2P
- Access branch hours and location information
- Enabled for biometrics.

Commercial users may also have the following features:
- Submit ACH Payments and Domestic wires
- Receive online notifications of ACH transactions and wires
- View incoming and outgoing wire activity
- View, approve or cancel transactions
- Manage recipients
- Manage users

YOUR DATA IS SAFE
- The same high-level security that we use for Online Banking at Bank of the Pacific
- User Ids and passwords are required
- View account details over a secure connection
- No information is stored on your Android device in case it’s lost or stolen

Loved this app. Usedit often, but I have had to uninstall/reinstall after every use. Sometimes i cant even view my account before it stops working right after I installed it. Super frustrating!!!! Update: The app now will not let me log in at all. Pops up with a message saying login is taking longer than usual, we will continue to try. Then eventually the error message pops up with connectivity issues. I'm very upset with this app because I love our bank, but this is just frustrating.

Jennifer, we are sorry to hear that our app is not performing. We are working with our technicians to research and resolve the issue. Our apologies for the inconvenience. Update 1/2/19, continued issues were discovered after the 12/24 update, we will be releasing a new version to resolve these issues on or before 1/9/2019. Our apologies.

Always good to have on hand. Great app and easily navigated. One thing I don't like is on some purchases it will show an available balance and some will not show an updated balance ,I have went into the negative thinking I had enough but did not because something was showing pending but did not get taken out of available balance.

...it feels clunky. A lot of the time the text is to small. To me it feels underdeveloped. I've installed the updated version and am happy to report that the overall experience is now very pleasing. It definitely is deserving of 4 stars in my opinion. Good job developers!
