My review is for the customer support received. I (somehow) messed up setting up my account. My blunder wasn't exposed until after my park session. I queried why payment hadn't been taken and was helped by Sam, who sorted everything out. An unexpected bonus was that I wasn't charged for my park session - very much appreciated. App working as intended.

Appalling UX when it comes to managing payment cards. The app is slow to glacial at best and locks up completely if you are unfortunate enough to have your default payment expire. Good luck trying to pay for parking in advance with anything other than a valid up to date payment method. Obviously the QwikPark dev team didn't think about that use case. For any user having similar problems check your payment methods BEFORE you think about parking with this app,
Hi Howard. Really sorry to hear you have had some issues. The app does require a valid payment method to be active before payments can be made, but you can add a new payment method at anytime if the card has expired. First time user of this app, I found the app very intuitive, no issues with app crashing as I read in other reviews, an update appears to have resolved that. Used this evening at St David's, Cardiff. Barrier lifted on entry and exit, I was notified of the session start and finish, my card was debited and VAT receipt was also e-mailed. Would most definitely recommend this to anyone, as the process was much quicker and easier.
