The RBCoaching application allows thanks to its simplicity to be used by all types of people, newbies and not with digital. In fact, this tool is a service that allows users to manage their own personalized plan directly from their mobile phone, being able to consult the programming at any time, mark loads, see their physical progress and even communicate with me directly. Everything remains 100% personalized to each individual user with a plan designed by me and thanks to the digital experience it will be 10 times more advanced, precise and familiar. In fact, the app is made up of 5 macro categories: TRAINING / DIET / INTEGRATION / PROJECTS / CHAT.
