HOW TO REGISTER
• You’ll need to be registered for Online Banking
• Your Isle of Man, UK or international mobile number
• Your Customer Number which is your date of birth followed by four random digits
• Your Online Banking PIN & password which is what you use to log in online
• When logging in for the first time you’ll be asked to choose a mobile banking passcode, which is what you’ll use in the future

Supported international mobile numbers: Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Barbados, Belgium, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Cayman Islands, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE or United States.

Key Features
• Login using Android fingerprint – there’s no need to remember your passcode when logging in. Available on compatible Android phones
• Personalise your app – customise how your app greets you, hide your balance, reorder your accounts, manage your alerts or share your account details
• Get Cash – visit a cash machine and withdraw up to £130 without your debit card – perfect if you’ve forgotten your wallet
• Pay someone new without a card reader – all you need is their sort code and account number and you can send up to £1000. Register for biometric approval and take a selfie to authorise payments above £1,000.
• Pay your contacts using their mobile number

OTHER THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
Get Cash allows you to withdraw up to £130 every 24 hours at any Isle of Man Bank, NatWest International, NatWest, Ulster Bank or Tesco ATM, as long as it’s within your daily withdrawal limit. You must have at least £10 available in your account.
Paying your contacts allows a maximum of 20 payments totalling £250 per day. Pay anyone with a UK current account who is registered for the Paym service. You must be aged 16 or over.

Not enjoying this latest version of the App. Sure, it does what I need it to, but it's become unnecessarily complicated to navigate from screen to screen or account, and the payments options are not clear. Viewing automated payments pages appears to be different depending on the account type. I want a banking app to be straightforward, easy to use as well as secure. I'm sure in someone's mind this is better, but it's a step in the wrong direction for me.

As we develop new ways to send and receive money, you'll be able to see them in this single place. Just tap 'Payments' at the bottom of your Home screen. - MK

Don't install this! - Just spent an hour trying to book theater tickets on my laptop. Verified by Visa insists that you approve the transaction on this app (if you have it). App wouldn't open. Redownladed it, wouldn't open. Restarted phone wouldn't open Checked out service status, eventually opened the app. Approved transaction. Returned to vendors site... transaction cancelled timed out! Start again. Uninstalled app!

Like the extra security, but PLEASE can you stop with the biometric . I couldn't get past the screen until I did it, then it doesn't work for me it takes 8 to 10 attempts before it allows me to proceed. Everything else is great and it's clear and easy to use.

What's new

• Our payment limit has reduced, you can register for biometrics in the app to send more.
• Pay anyone regularly? Add your favourites in the Payments area to easily send and request money.
• If you've opted for notifications, we'll now send notifications for declined debit card transactions.
