Ratings and reviews

The quality of the app declined with the latest release. This is the reason I use this app. I don't care about any new features if the core functionality is not there. Making phone calls fails most of the time. It attempts to initiate a call but it simply doesn't complete the operation. No ringing. And after around 20 seconds you get the busy dial tone.

It's been over 6 months and this app is still unusable. It just crashes after login and sends a notification to login again. Thank goodness I'm on the top-up plan and not subscription. update: The issue is with Android OS and not Rebtel. Android blocks app permissions if it's not been used in a while. I went to app info, reinstated permissions then cleared the cache under storage. It's all good now.

Not working on pixel 8 pro Recently switched phone and I was unable to login to the app. Verifies the phone number, sends the code, enters the code automatically, and loads the contact and goes to 'Get Started' screen. Notification says login failed. No way to report any issue either. Tried reinstall, didn't help. Has all the necessary privilege.
