I tried 3 separate times to book myself a refresh, but could never quite complete the process. You have to wait a very long time after making a selection to choose what date you'd like, then most days I chose there were no times available until I was over a week in advance. Isn't the point of refresh to be able to get it done as quick as possible, at your convenience?

Service is great. App is woefully. Can't put a booking in getting "error contact support ASAP" I've been trying this on and off over the last couple of days. This will cost business in the long run which is a real shame because it's a great model and the service outside of the app is great

Have used in the past. An 18 year old kid did the job, wasn't happy with the job so have been going else where. Thought I'd give them another go so downloaded the app and now won't let me book anything as it keeps crashing. Disappointing hopefully this get fixed
