Regions Real Pass offers Regions commercial clients a new method to authenticate at Regions OnePass® login. Clients can use biometric features on their mobile device or choose to receive a One Time Passcode for Regions OnePass® login and Forgot Password.

Important Note: You must have assigned Regions OnePass® credentials and a compatible device to use the service. Registration is required to use the Regions Authenticator app. Service terms and conditions apply.

Received a notice from Regions that I needed to update to latest app by 2/21. I uninstalled the old app and then tried to install latest app but will not load. Msg says my phone (android) will not support new app..Now I have no mobile app. I cannot afford a new phone. What do I do?

Will not work with ANDROID! So I have to upgrade my Samsung, which is in perfect condition, by the way, to a newer model they are telling me! OK, I believe Regions should assist with this cost.

This app do not work with my phone, this is bad, do l need to open an account at another bank? Is Region Bank getting a kick back from the mobile company tp get everone to buy a new phone? Help
