90% of the time that I need to use this app, it doesn't work accurately. Since two days ago, every time I have attempted to open the app, a screen pops up, showing the app's logo. Then, nothing happens. There is no error message, no loading indicator signage; and alas, the log-in screen never appears. I have cleared the app's cache twice and have undownloaded to re-download, hoping for a fix. To no avail, of course. This app doesn't function at all now. If I could give it ZERO stars, I would!!

We've been banking with regi9ns for over a decade now. The app has almost always worked flawlessly. I just upgraded my phone and now the app no long works on my new s24 ultra, but still works great on my old note s10 ultra. I've un-installed, reinstalled. Rebooted the phone. Cleared the cache and data. Nothing has worked. After inputting login and password, the app stays stuck on the login screen. I've emailed regions Mobile app contact but haven't received a response.

I actually wonder if Regions can come up with a solution on how to fix the OS update issue or find an alternative instead of reusing the same old useless statement they use to reply back with. That would be nice. "If your device is no longer able to receive security updates due to its age or compatibility issues, this message can appear. These updates occur to aid in security and privacy." Maybe fix the damn issue everyone seems to be having problems with instead of making up excuses. 👍
