EDIT: Everything is working great now that I've been approved the site and app are behaving as expected! Booked my first 3 shifts already! Both the website version and the app version are not working for me. The app crashes/won't let me log in with my info, saying it's wrong. And the website 'thinks' about letting me in and I have to refresh it then it takes me to the homepage and if I try to access my profile it gives me a blank page that I can't get out of.

Frequently crashes and even fails to load entirely sometimes. When it works, it's pretty decent, but it also hasn't listened to my preference settings regarding notifications. No matter what I change it to, I get a Roo notification and an email every single time, which is just overkill imo.

As had some of experiences with the app. Roo reached out toe personal with a quick solution and all issues have been resolved. Reinstalled app and there are no glitches so far. Thanks Roo Team for taking the time to read reviews and reach out to us to help resolve any issues. 🎉🙌
