I've been having so many issues logging into Roomster app on my phone and web. It'll ask me for my phone number to log in, and then provide an error message saying it's deactivated. I've contacted support multiple times, but I can't even leave the app (not close btw) to access another app because then I'm not able to access my recently started conversation with support. The UI and UX design of this app is atrocious. When support fixes it, the issue happens again. Would not recommend.

In 1 month, I met 2 real people. One said many creepy inappropriate things even after I told him absolutely not. The support chat takes 30-60 minutes for every reply, not 15 as they state in the app. It's overpriced, hard to cancel, or switch subscriptions, and they will not refund auto renewals. You can't turn off auto-renew or cancel from the app. You have to go to Google Play to cancel.

Worked well in the past! Now? Not so much. I've used this app to find living arrangements twice and both times paid for a 1 week service. I do think it's pricey in a predatory way. Sure, $15 isn't that much money, but I still think it's a bit much for being able to read a message or two. I've had an okay experience in the past, but this current app version is very unresponsive. I'm interested in using it again, but this week the app is taking quite some time to load and is very unresponsive.
