Ratings and reviews

The app is just bad. Night more is a nightmare, you don't know what has been selected or what has not. The pet sitters that are shown cannot be filtered or sorted. You get one 21 miles away from you, the next one 6 miles, another one 44 miles away, etc. You must also give your number for verification, which I understand, and then, they is no way to stop them from texting you for every notification!

There are many great things about this app, and generally my experience of using it has been good. However, it is absolutely infuriating, that even after you have put in the dates you need a sitter to cover, the search will still return results for sitters whose calendars clearly show that they are NOT available. It's a waste of my time and theirs. The search function has one job, it would be nice if it could do it.

Too many bugs in the sign up process! everytime i attempt a new step on the sign up for the Sitter services, the app crashes. Plus, when I've attempted to upload multiple scanned official documents (not even photos!!) they reject them based on glare - there is no glare! its a scan! I'm really frustrated. its a really good idea for an app but bad execution.
