Ratings and reviews

I've had a great experience with the app so far, but the one thing I think could be improved is the time slots we offer to clients as to when we are available. I can only do walks within the 6-11 and 11-3 time frames but not during all of those hours, and I constantly get requests that are just outside the actual hours I'm available. I wish we could put our specific hours that we are available for less confusion.

These guys are lucky that they're basically the only game in town. The app's unintuitive and buggy interface is well-documented in other reviews. As a pet owner, it works well enough for what it is... But if you encounter any form of trouble, things fall apart. The only solve they offer is contacting customer service, which often has a language barrier and can't offer any support other than helping you find another Rover (which isn't much use if the issue is urgent).

As a sitter, this app is okay for advertising your services, although taking 20% is a bit steep, and on top of that, charging owners another 11% is kind of ridiculous. The app doesn't always work, as I'll get messages days after, and then I have to apologize for not answering since I never got notified. As many others have stated, I would like to put in times for every day and be able to have a "Constant Care" option as many owners need sitters to stay at their home only certain hours.
