I love this app usually but since the most recent update, it keeps saying visit in progress in my phone pull down menu even though there's no current visit. It's really annoying and it won't let me swipe it away. Also the recently taken photos during a visit take ages to appear inside the rover card when they used to appear within seconds of uploading.

These guys are lucky that they're basically the only game in town. The app's unintuitive and buggy interface is well-documented in other reviews. As a pet owner, it works well enough for what it is... But if you encounter any form of trouble, things fall apart. The only solve they offer is contacting customer service, which often has a language barrier and can't offer any support other than helping you find another Rover (which isn't much use if the issue is urgent).

Have worked using this app since 2021. Has BARELY made improvements since then. Pictures r always getting deleted b4 u send the Rover card (has ALWAYS been an issue, for 3 years!!!!) Very plain but confusing to use (like you can't change pricing for recurring stays, etc.) Pet parents r always complaining abt how hard it is 2 use & tht heavily contributes 2 who our audience is. For ex, many older ppl steer clear of the app because of it's inaccessibility. & then Rvr has the audacity 2 take 20%.
