I added one star to my previous rating since you fixed Salik recharge option. But I need to remove some stars since your smart app removed the auto renew for the parking fees. Usually, with every new version of a mobile app, some new features are added, not taken away. This will cause some clients to forget to extend the parking time, therefore causing them to get fines, which I am sure that is not the purpose!!!

This app needs a lot of work. The notifications are broken and I'm bombarded with them, often several of the same notifications at once when I open the app. There's serious lag and freezing issues almost every time I use it. Also I'm constantly getting errors. Finally, the payment process is completely broken; the NOL tap payment doesn't work and paying by card is a nightmare.

had to top up my nol card to get to work, the app only accepts payments from 30 and above and deducts money for the OTP verification. I paid a total of 39.71 dirhams to get it topped up only for the process to fail and had it put on "pending amount" still havent received nor had that amount topped up in my balance. give me my money back.
