I've had this app installed for years. It locks-up every time upon opening. All that is visible is barely distinguishable text in the upper-left corner of the UI that faintly reads "text." I've waited for updates, hoping the issue will be addressed, based on numerous similar complaints by other users. No resolution. Have reinstalled it many times, as well. Again, no resolution. The only way to gather usage and bal info is to text SafeLink. Useless app!

My phone doesn't work. No calls, no texts, data is almost non existent. And the customer service to resolve the issue has been nothing close to helpful in resolving the issue. Don't call back when they say they're going to, fail to do much more than read through a script, ignoring you when stating how youve done all the trouble shooting steps. The concept is nice, but pointless if execution doesn't keep up. And false advertisement.

Doesn't work! Keyboard freezes so I can't sign it! I tried 50 times. Same problem each time. I tried changing keyboards, tried voice text, nothing worked! If I can't even sign in obviously I can't know how the app works.. Bwahahaha! Mickey Mouse app! It's not too complicated to fix this problem, I saw multiple people saying the same thing! So you're obviously aware of the issue, yet you don't fix it? Even if you eventually do fix it, I'll never know! No way I'd ever download this app again!🖕🏽
