Carted my items and filled in all my details but the checkout page just refreshes everytime I click "place order and pay now". Asked the hotline and they said they're not sure why as well. Hopefully it gets resolved soon. The chat function doesn't work after you select text chat/whatsapp as well. Click on the link and it becomes a loop of the app being unable to direct you to the channel you choose

I am afraid that I can no longer support Samsung products due to the many problems I have encountered since buying with the app. After days of back and forth with Samsung I finally managed to get my purchase completed but for some reason they decided to remove not just the ear buds free gift which was the cause of the purchase issue in the app but they also removed the keyboard cover free gift as well. Sorry very bad experience with Samsung. Never again.

I can't process the payment. I tried 4 times and nothings, it just get stuck after the last payment step. When I finally could buy it, the receipt was done wrong so they decide to cancel my order (I was told by the person in charge of delivery that wasn't the first time, this happens). No explanations, I never requested a reimbursement, I just wanted my purchase. Of course, now I have to buy it again but no discount will be apply because I did my first order. Looks like a SCAM to me
