Still can not set up biometrics because my name is too long to be authenticated in the app. Limited support for non-Koreans living in Korea.

Can't use it outside Korea. Can not download and install in non Korean phone. Don't use this app and the bank if you are non-Korean living in Korea, who travels often. Your money will be stuck in Korea until you go to a branch in person. By the way, other Korean banking apps such as Shinhan , Hana and Mirae Asset ones work perfectly in my phone.

When enter the amount of money for transfer, pls delete the extra buttons at the bottom!! It easily can get toched!! I accidentally sent a wrong amount of money twice!!! The UI is sucks!!!
