On my phone, after I open it and tap the logo, I just get a blank white screen. Added: So I'm just going to go through all my apps one at a time until I find the conflict and then uninstall the OTHER app (or APPS)? But THEY'RE "pretty buggy"? THIS is the only app I had trouble with; I would say IT'S the problem.

All our Apps need Chrome as the default browser (active one). Make sure permissions and javascript is on. The problem is an App in your phone interfering with EKG-card (like Kingsoft Office + PDF program and others), try uninstalling them. Some of those apps are very buggy! It's beyond our control! Our Apps work perfectly fine. The ScyMed Team
